Digital Transformation and Management (DT&M) Research Group
We research how digital technologies impact private and public sectors.
Digital transformation fundamentally changes how organizations operate and deliver value. It involves rethinking how organizations interact with their stakeholders using digital channels to personalize experiences and engagement in new ways. It also represents a shift towards a more data-driven, agile, and stakeholder-centric business approach.
We are committed to conducting research that has practical applications and can help organizations harness the potential of digital technologies. We use various research methods, including case studies, surveys, and interviews, to understand how digital technologies are transforming different sectors of society.
